WHAT TO Wear
The best way to feel your best is to dress out of your comfort zone. It sounds counterintuitive but it really works! The bigger the better when it comes to photography. So throw on those falsies and wear those dapper shoes. This is the time to go all out. To be as glamorous as you've always wanted to be. I promise you'll love the outcome.
Neutral or soft colors + simple patterns photograph the best. Feel free to mix up some patterns (think small patterns like flowers or busy polka dots) in the same color family. The focus is on the models when the clothing is easy on the eyes. Avoid bright clothing, large patterns (big dots or graphic shirts*) Also, props! Bring a hat, scarf or shawl for some extra things to play around with.
That being said, don't be scared to mix styles! Dressing a family following a nice color palette is much more interesting than everyone wearing the same color.

*Unless we're going for that look! In which case, wear exactly what fits your style.

WHAT TO Expect

Each sessions goal is to capture who you are and to get you those magazine worthy shots to share all over social media. Because let's be real, that's the main reason to get your photos taken. Jokes aside, photographs last a life time so they're always worth the investment!
Depending on which session you choose, we'll explore an outdoor location or set up a cute studio backdrop. I always suggest bringing an extra pair of comfy shoes for walking locations. I love getting as many different background options as possible for variety in your album!
Prints are strongly encouraged, and I even have my trusted printing company linked all right there in your personal online album to make life simple. The quality of this company is astounding and is sure to give you beautiful prints of your photos.
